Welcome to the 2025–26 School Year at Murphy Ranch!
We’re honored to partner with you in your child’s educational journey. Our team is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where every student can thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. At Murphy Ranch, we believe that every interaction matters, and we strive to make each one meaningful and positive.

 

This year, we’re embracing a ranch-inspired theme: “Saddle Up for Success!” We’re excited to team up with our amazing PTA to bring you fun, community-building events throughout the year that reflect our shared commitment to student growth.

 

As we gear up for the first day of school on Monday, August 12, here are a few important reminders:

  • 📚 Visit murphyranchelementary.com for supply lists and other info.

  • Review Parent/Student Handbook.

  • 📋 Class lists will be available in Aeries the afternoon of Friday, August 8.

  • 🗓 Check our Events Calendar for important dates.

  • 💡 The Parent Hub provides quick access to essential resources.

  • 🕘 Our front office reopens on August 4, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (closed for lunch from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM, August 4–8; closed all day August 6 for staff training).

  • 🕖 Daily schedules are posted online.

  • 🚪 Gate Opening Times:

    • Kindergarten: 7:40 AM

    • Grades 1–5: 7:47 AM

  • 🚗 Drop-off Locations:

    • Janine Gate – Kindergarten

    • Grovedale Gate – 1st & 2nd Grade

    • Janine Parking Lot – 3rd–5th Grade

    • Gates close at 7:57 AM (K) and 8:07 AM (1–5)

  • 🗓 In addition to weekly Tuesday minimum days, we’ll also have monthly minimum days for staff training.

  • 🍽 Free breakfast (served 7:30–7:47 AM) and lunch will continue for all students. Breakfast drop-off is at the Grovedale gate.
