Message from the Principal
Dear Murphy Ranch Families,
Welcome to the 2024-25 school year! We're honored to be entrusted with your children's education and are committed to providing a safe environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
This year's theme is superhero-inspired: "You Have the Power!" We're excited to collaborate with our PTA on various fun events that emphasize our teamwork here at The Ranch.
As we approach the August 13th start date, please note:
- Visit murphyranchelementary.com for supply lists, Parent/Student Handbook, and contact information.
- Class lists will be on Aeries the afternoon of Friday, August 9th.
- Check our Events Calendar for key dates.
- The Parent Hub offers quick links to important information.
- Our office reopens August 2nd, 7:30 AM - 4 PM daily (closed 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Aug. 2-9 for lunch; 7:30-9:45 AM & 11 AM-1 PM on Aug. 8 for training).
- Daily schedules are available online.
- Campus gates open at 7:40 AM for kindergarten, 7:47 AM for grades 1-5.
- Drop-off locations: Janine gate (kindergarten), Grovedale gate (1st & 2nd), Janine Parking Lot (3rd-5th). Gates close at 7:57 AM (kindergarten) and 8:07 AM (others).
- Monthly minimum days for staff training are scheduled in addition to weekly Tuesday minimum days.
- Free breakfast (7:30-7:47 AM) and lunch continue for all students. Breakfast drop-off is at the Grovedale gate.
